FOR D VISION, L.L.C. d/b/a EXPERIENCE DENTISTRY

(Herein designated Experience Dentistry)

The Experience Dentistry team and its founders understand that privacy is crucial to the ongoing success in technological advancements in the dental industry and the Internet as an informative medium. Our application is a critical tool for educating and empowering the dental industry and their respective patients. Our users’ privacy is always a primary concern. Use of our website is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Given the stated purpose of the information presented on the Experience Dentistry website, all visitors and users of the application agree that Experience Dentistry is not responsible in any manner or to any extent for the consequences of any action(s) taken by any individual(s) and patient(s) as a result of using the information presented by Dentists and specialists using the Experience Dentistry application. The consent and authorization should also include the use and disclosure for the purpose of transferring, sharing and storage of digital information specifically to Experience Dentistry.
Providing Notice of Privacy Practices to each patient with proper patient acknowledgement of receipt.
